Haiti Relief Fund

Haiti has been once again affected by natural disasters, Hurricanes Gustav and Hanna in particular. Flood waters have taken the lives of more than 500 people.  United Haitian American Association is soliciting your donations to help the survivors of the flood. Thousands have no place to go. Children  are starving everyday. There is no drinking since the water is contaminated. There's a lot we need to do right now. The areas affected are Gonaives, Marigot, Les Cayes etc. and along the border of the Dominican Republic. We are in the process of raising funds and food items to be sent to Haiti as soon as possible. We need your help in providing money, to defray the cost of transportation. We also need non-perishable food, clothing, medical supplies, and articles of basic necessity.
